What you can get out from Shiitake Mushrooms, Arugula, Broccoli, Chili Peppers and Garlic?



These foods are essential for the body as well. Most of us forget to include this in our diet because we are more on peaches, strawberries, corn, avocados, ect. Including these food in our diet would help us gain the right nutrients.

It has been studied that Shiitake mushrooms support immunity and healthy blood pressure. Arugula aid in blood and bone health. Brocolli which is an anti-oxidant rich food, protects the cells and DNA from damage. Furthermore, chili peppers which is regarded as a strong source of immune system which boost vitamin C. On the other hand, garlic promotes blood flow and heart health as well. 

Eating the right food which contains the right nutrients are just within our reach, in fact, it is just within our reach. These food is for our health.
