I was reading a book that speaks more on "Language Barrier" that states that when a foreign individual settles to visit a foreign land, the ultimate problem that lies in every situation is the gap of how mutual understanding gets into their way. While reading the article, I come to ask if a male foreigner will love a Filipina (Filipino woman), how does understanding gets into their system that "language barrier" is not a hindrance to their love. But I will travel you, not to the kind of literal "language barrier", but I would let you take a ride to the kind of mood that Filipina always have so that there is a mutual, emotional communication that will build between the two of you and that "emotional barrier" is not a hindrance to your love-relationship.
A Filipina is sweet.
You may seem to take it as overly acting, but don't get her wrong. That is the kind of person she really is. If you are not used to it, then you should get along with it.
She is sweet to the extend that she wants you to be her baby all the time. She wants to serve you, cuddle you, wrap you with her ultimate love and embrace and never lets you hungry all the time. She will always make you want her naturally.
A Filipina is emotional.
Watch out! Don't be so frank in a point that you have to yell and missed up like you will say silly, bad words. F**k, b*** sh*t, n*n-s**nse, m*r*n, h*ll, b**ch, s**t and worse st**id are some of the words that can indeed break their heart and make them cry.
When you want to talk to a Filipina, be gentle, modest and frank and be sure not to utter those bad words. You can tell frank words directly, right at their face but with "TLC - tender, loving, care". Let them understand what you feel. Never keep them hanging.
A Filipina is friendly.
Again, don't think that their being friendly is a way for them to seduce you or get you more on your weak side. They are friendly because they are used to that nature at home that all their families are living in one roof and that they grow having their extended families at home with them too. The way they are involved with the various people at home is the kind of them that defines how friendly they are. Don't be so shocked when they are noisy when they talk especially to their co-Filipinos because that is how they communicate, always with feelings and actions.
And don't be surprised because they know almost all the names of the persons in the world. She is like an "international" person.
She can share smiles to someone even if she doesn't even know the person yet. Call them by their names. They find it too impressive if you know all her friend's names and the names of each member of her family.
A Filipina is a happy person.
Don't expect that you will never smile and even laugh when you are with a Filipina. That is her way of showing how happy she is. Being frown, lonely and sad are not cool to her. Always wear that smiles and laughters when you are with her because she never lets you go in a corner. You are important to her and seeing you happy makes her even happier.
Even she carries too many loads of problems, but still she can afford to smile and to let you smile.

Don't get her wrong. You may think that she doesn't understand or she doesn't get what you mean. She is just so silent. She never speaks. Sometimes she just always say she is okay, but deep inside, she just keep something to herself because undersrtanding prevails more on her system. You don't know if she is hurt because she doesn't tell you at first.
But a Filipina is a jealous woman. That is why, don't make her day ruined because you don't know that why she is easily getting angry and you don't know the reason behind because in the first place, maybe you are entertaining most of your time talking to your other friends which she is jealous of. Her way of being jealous is an indication that she really loves you a lot. But if it is too much of the jealousness, then, I bet it is another story. :-)
All in all, a Filipina is like the women all over the world who always show her love and care for the man he truly, really love. Just don't get her wrong. Talk and be open and always wear that perfect smile with her. Don't be intimidated with her because she always understands.
